About Rev Grace Alalade

Rev Grace Alalade is an experienced Business change management professional with several years’ experience working in the oil, transport and retail industries delivering transformation and business process improvement solutions. She has an extensive academic background in Christian Leadership, Computing and Management Studies.

She is presently completing a doctorate in Theology at Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Cleveland, Tennessee. Through her involvement in academia, she has been able to acquire a wealth of teaching experience as tutor in Old Testament Studies, Urban Mission and Ministry, and Church History and Tradition on the Beginning Theology programme at St Mellitus College in London.

Qualifications

  • MA in Christian Leadership – St. Mellitus College/Middlesex University, London 
  • MSc Computing and Commerce – Open University, Milton Keynes  
  • Postgraduate Dip in Management Studies – Kingston University, Surrey  
  • HND Business Information Technology – Thames Valley University, Slough

In addition, as an ordained minister she has expertise in youth ministry and is currently one of the District Youth Directors in the New Testament Church of God, within the UK. She provides leadership and strategic consultancy to the faith-based sector and charities. As the founder of Pathway2Excellence™ Framework, she has been able to successfully implement a ministry and growth model in several churches and Christian organisations in the UK.  

She is also the Chair of the charity Bringing Hope Ltd. Grace is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) for her outstanding contributions to diversity in the workplace and charity work.
